Arya Shakibkoo is one of the co-founders and partners at Damage Law. He specializes in Commercial and Residential Bad Faith Insurance Claims. Arya also has over 12 years of real estate and business acumen, managing over $100 million in commercial and residential real estate assets. Arya’s substantial experience in the field gives him a competitive edge in litigation and gives his clients assurance that their issues will be handled thoroughly and professionally.

Arya leads the firm’s daily operations for commercial and residential property damage claims. Arya provides legal counsel in the bad faith insurance litigation space by maximizing insurance policy benefits, overcoming coverage denials when applicable, overcoming limitation of coverage provided by the insurer, and protecting property owners against bad faith conduct by insurance companies. Arya has experience litigating in both State and Federal court.
